§ Mr. Dunn[pursuant to his reply, 4 March 1985, c. 378]: The estimated average cost of an assisted place in the school year 1984–85 is £1,469. A weighted average of the agreed 1984–85 inter-authority recoupment rates for the same mix of pupils is £1,230.
