§ Mr. RifkindThe five Members of Parliament visited Namibia at the invitation of the Namibia information service which we understand paid for their visit. On their return journey they were received and entertained to lunch by a member of the British embassy in Pretoria in accordance with the embassy's normal practice of keeping in touch with visiting British MPs.
