§ Mr. RentonMy right hon. and learned Friend discussed this possibility with the Guatemalan Minister for Foreign Affairs when he was in San Jose in September 1984 for the meeting between European and Central and Latin American Foreign Ministers. There has subsequently been some discussion of this question between officials but no decisions have been made.
