§ Mr. LuceMy right hon. and learned Friend is in regular contact with the United States Administration about the chemical weapons negotiations in Geneva, as over other aspects of arms control. When he saw Secretary Shultz in Lisbon during the recent meeting of the North Atlantic Council, they agreed on the need to press for the early conclusion of a comprehensive chemical weapons ban.
