§ Mr. RentonSince the break in diplomatic relations between Britain and Argentina in 1982, the Swiss Government have acted as protecting power with responsibility for British interests and British residents in Argentina. The British interests section of the embassy of Switzerland offers consular services. These arrangements are the most satisfactory ones possible in the unusual circumstances.
