§ Mr. WaldegraveThe Arts Council of Great Britain will be setting up a South Bank Board when the Local Government Bill becomes law and the necessary amendments have been made to its charter; meanwhile, the council's officials are carrying out such preliminary work as is possible in the circumstances.
