§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts (1) what negotiating machinery exists between the Arts Council of Great Britain and the trades unions with which it is involved;
(2) if he will state the qualifications of Mr. Ronald Grierson to be a member of the Arts Council of Great Britain.
