§ Mrs. FennerCommercial agricultural enterprises which meet the conditions of eligibility set out in relevant schemes established under EC and national legislation can apply for a range of grants. The Agricultural Development and Advisory Service also provides technical advice and instruction on agricultural and related matters to the agricultural, horticultural and associated industries.
