§ Mr. Corrieasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when the Diseases of Fish Act 1983 212W will be implemented; and in particular when the clauses relating to the registering of fish farms in the Diseases of Fish Act 1983 will be implemented.
§ Mr. MacGregorThe Diseases of Fish Act 1983 was brought into operation on 1 April 1984. It provides powers for a scheme to register fish farms to be introduced by order and I and my right hon. Friends hope to be able to introduce a registration scheme later this year.
