§ Mr. MacfarlaneThe types of aircraft permitted to use STOLport were defined in the conditions attached to my right hon. Friends' decision on 23 May 1985 giving planning permission for the STOLport. The enforcement of those conditions will, as is normal, fall to the local planning authority.
