§ Sir Keith JosephIn the light of further advice from representatives of industry, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I have invited the National Advisory Body for Public Sector Higher Education, in association with the Wales Advisory Body, to offer advice on institutions of particular strength in this128W area to which resources under the second phase of this programme might be allocated. As in the first phase of the programme, industrial commitment to institutions will be an important criteria for inclusion in the programme.
