§ 21. Mr. Hunterasked the Secretary of State for Defence how many houses formerly owned by his Department in the Basingstoke constituency have been sold to tenants.
§ Mr. LeeTwenty-six houses in my hon. Friend's constituency have been sold to tenants since 1973. The freeholds of a further 40 properties, previously sold on a leasehold basis have been purchased by the tenants. Others are in the process of being offered for sale.
