§ Mr. StanleyCrisis management arrangements are regularly reviewed and exercised. It would be neither practicable nor, on security grounds, possible to list the detailed changes which have been made to crisis management plans since April 1982. However, I refer the hon. Member to paragraphs 204 to 206 of "The Falklands Campaign: The lessons" (Cmnd. 8758).
