§ Mr. Parryasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on Her Majesty's Government's relations with Grenada.
§ Mr. RentonOur relations with Grenada, a fellow member of the Commonwealth, are warm and friendly. We welcomed the return of elected, parliamentary Government to Grenada in December 1984, and we are playing our part, together with other aid donors, in assisting recovery of the Grenadian economy.
The Prime Minister of Grenada, the Hon. Herbert Blaize, visited London as our guest from 18 to 25 May. It was a successful visit, which further strengthened our relationship.
