§ Mr. Eggarasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will make it his practice to place in the Library an annual report of the number and nature of departmental committees of inquiry established by his Department;
(2) if he will estimate the cost of providing the information requested by the hon. Member for Enfield, North about departmental committees of inquiry referred to in the replies of 1 May, Official Report, columns 141–42 and 24 July;
(3) if he is satisfied with the manner in which records relating to departmental committees of inquiry established by his Department are maintained.
