§ Mr. Keyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a statement about arrangements for the marketing of products and processes at the Public Health Laboratory Service Board's centre for applied microbiology and research.
§ Mr. Kenneth Clarke[pursuant to his reply, 4 April 1985, c. 772]: I am pleased to announce that the Public Health Laboratory Service Board has entered into a further agreement with Porton International Limited whereby Porton International Limited will construct and operate a new fermentation production plant, funded wholly by it, at the centre for applied microbiology and research (CAMR). Up to one third of the new plant will be made available for public health laboratory service research and development activities at CAMR.
