§ Mr. GoodladThe definitions contained in article 36 of Commission regulation (Euratom) No. 3227/76 were700W drawn up after full consultation between the Commission and the member states. The United Kingdom was party to these consultations and accepts their use in the application of safeguards on civil nuclear facilities.
