asked the Secretary of State for Transport what recent representations he has received seeking changes in the provisions of the Transport Bill.

Since the Transport Bill received its Second Reading in the House of Lords on 11 June, I have received around 400 representations the majority of which seek assurance or express anxiety about various aspects of the Bill. In most cases I hope my replies will have reassured those concerned.
