The only road in east Dorset for which I am responsible is the A31-A35 trunk road. In recent years we have provided bypasses along this road for Wimborne (1981) and Bere Regis (1982). Work is in progress on a bypass of Ferndown, and the recently published roads report lists four further schemes which are in preparation.
