§ Mr. WaldegraveThe number of occupied domestic hereditaments in Greater London is estimated to be about 2.5 million. Based on local authority returns, the number of rate rebate recipients in 1984–85 is estimated to be 920,000. In the same year the number of electors was 5.06 million.
