§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will detail the provisions he has made for the making of payments by the residuary body to employers who offer persons employment, who, by virtue of sections 84, 94 and 95 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978, will be precluded from becoming entitled to redundancy payments.
