§ Mrs. ChalkerOur policy is to tolerate mobile canteens in safe locations on trunk roads because they provide a useful service to road users. Canteens are, however, not allowed if they cause a road safety hazard,78W create problems for traffic flows, interfere with the purpose for which the lay-bys are provided, or become an environmental nuisance.
