§ Mrs. ChalkerThe latest estimated cost of constructing a bypass to the north of Leadenham is £3.0 million at 1984 prices. This should not be compared with earlier figures, as the draft plans have been reviewed in the light of the latest data and standards. The estimated cost of constructing a relief road through Leadenham is £2.9 million at 1984 prices.
§ Mr. Douglas Hoggasked the Secretary of State for Transport what information is available to his Department about road accidents on the A17 in the vicinity of Leadenham and casualties arising in each of the last 15 years; and if he will make a statement.
