§ Mr. Hardyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to send the biennial report required under article 9 of the Berne convention to the convention's secretariat; and if, at that time, copies of the report will be made available to voluntary conservation organisations.
§ Mr. WaldegraveThe United Kingdom report under article 9 of the Berne convention should be sent to the convention's secretariat by the end of July. In accordance with the terms of the convention, the report will be made to the standing committee and it is for that committee to decide upon any wider distribution.
