Sponsors of community programme projects are the employers of all participants and are responsible for notifying accident information to statutory enforcing authorities in accordance with legal requirements. The Manpower Services Commission does not collect statistical information on accidents for the community programme, although area manpower boards will continue to be advised on health and safety concerns about individual project applications.
