§ Mr. John MacKayIn his statement on 21 February my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services indicated that regulations on the subject of limited lists prescribing would also be introduced for Scotland. The Scottish regulations will make similar provision to those for England and Wales, including the provisions relating to dispensing doctors.
