The minimum rate is the lowest goods vehicle rate in each case, except after 1 October 1982 when the lowest non-light van rate is shown. The maxima quoted are for vehicles of 12 tons unladen weight until 30 September 1982; for vehicles of 32.52 tonnes gross weight for 1 October 1982 to 31 March 1983 and 38 tonnes gross weight after that date.
