§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing each change in the level of the green pound since 1 January 1973, each increase in common agricultural policy prices at the annual price fixing, and each change in the reference price of the agricultural unit of account against the market rate of the European unit of account-European currency unit.
§ Mr. MacGregorI refer the hon. Member to the replies I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Hereford (Mr. Shepherd) on 28 March 1984 at column224 on changes to the green pound and to the hon. Member for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley (Mr. Foulkes) on 11 February 1985 at columns 65–68 on changes to CAP prices. As I told the hon. Member in my reply of 21 February 1985 at column 583 information on each change in the market value of the European currency unit against the relevant agricultural accounting unit is not readily available and could only be produced at disproportionate cost.
