§ Mr. David MitchellMy right hon. Friend announced proposals for legislation on bus substitution services on 21 June 1984. Since then, we have received about 20 representations specifically related to the bus substitution proposals. There are also references to those proposals in a few of the representations we have received on the Buses White Paper.
