§ Mr. David MitchellI expect more services and more passengers on the profitable routes. I also expect deregulation to sustain and stimulate services on many routes which are now only marginally profitable or loss48W making. Where the market does not provide services, competitive tendering for subsidy will enable authorities to achieve better value for money.
