§ Mr. RifkindWe keep in close touch with Western European allies and partners on all aspects of the East-West relationship, including relations with individual Warsaw pact states. The discussions during the series of visits to Eastern European capitals by my right hon. and learned Friend will contribute to the East-West dialogue.
