What action they intend to take to ensure that the Isle of Man-Liverpool ferry does not close down in the light of proposals from the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company to move its operation to Heysham.
§ Lord Brabazon of TaraThe proposals are being considered by the Director-General of Fair Trading, who is in touch with the two companies. He will in due course submit his advice to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
