§ Mr. Peter MorrisonOn 8 February I visited Liverpool where I presented prizes to the winners and runners-up of a youth training scheme business game. This competition, which was jointly sponsored by the Manpower Services Commission and the Liverpool junior chamber of commerce and administered by Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, provides youngsters with an opportunity to learn something of the business world and to appreciate the importance of decision making, finance, team work and risk taking.
