§ Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for Employment what action he has taken following the judgment of the European Court of Justice in Case 165/82, Commission of the European Communities v. United Kingdom, to amend the law in respect of provisions contained in collective agreements which are not in conformity with the obligations of the European Community equal treatment directive.
