§ Sir George YoungI have today placed copies of the scrutinies of the identification and development of internal talent, and of the management of office accommodation, incorporating our response, in the Libraries of both Houses. These two scrutinies were carried out jointly with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Transport's Department. I refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to him today by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport.
