§ Mr. RifkindThe United Nations arms embargo is implemented in the United Kingdom by means of the Exports of Goods (Control) Order 1985 (as amended). Her Majesty's Customs and Excise is responsible for implementing the control. Any alleged breaches are fully investigated and, where appropriate, prosecutions follow.
