The work load of the High Court breaks down into several categories and figures for each are given in the table. the percentage increase for each category in each year is given as shown and the percentage increase over the whole period is given in the last column.

35 per cent. rate would apply to taxable income between the stated levels and the indexed 40 per cent. threshold of £17,100.
