§ Mrs. ChalkerDraft orders for an interchange and the remaining alterations to side roads will be published on 6 December. The publication of the draft compulsory purchase orders will follow in the new year. Subject to the satisfactory completion of the remaining statutory procedures we are still on schedule to start construction in 1987 for completion in 1989.
