As part of the assessment of the proposals for a channel fixed link, Bowring Risk Management Limited, acting as sub-consultants to J. Henry Schroeder Wagg & Co. Limited, have been appointed to advise on the adequacy of the insurance arrangements proposed by the promoters. The implications of the conventions limiting shipowners' liability are amongst the matters under consideration by the advisers.
