§ Mr. Michael SpicerSefton metropolitan borough council and Merseyside county council, whilst expressing support for the scheme in principle, have made representations about its impact on houses fronting Derby road. Following discussions with officers the Department is considering what additional environmental measures can be taken. No other representations have been received.
