§ Mr. StanleyThere were a number of failures of different sections of the temporary perimeter lighting system at RAF Greenham common at various times on the night of 10 April. On each occasion it was found that the circuit had been broken by the automatic activation of tripping (circuit breaking) devices designed to avoid overload.
