§ Mr. RifkindHer Majesty's embassies and high commissions have been informed of our plans for a national commemoration in the United Kingdom and approach to events abroad. The Ministry of Defence press release 15/85 of 9 April outlines details of our national commemoration. A copy is being placed in the Library of the House.
