§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandI refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Dumfries (Sir H. Monro) on 5 December 1984, at columns 347–48, in which I stated that between 1 December 1983 and 1 December 1984 there were 38 prosecutions for salmon poaching in the sea. No further figures are available.
