HC Deb 17 April 1985 vol 77 c187W
16. Mr. O'Neill

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many representations he has received regarding the 1985 revaluation; and of these, how many express approval and how many express disapproval.

Mr. Ancram

Nearly all of some 9,000 representations —of which some 2,500 have been letters—which my right hon. Friend and I have received about rates and revaluation express varying degrees of concern about the 1985 revaluation.
