§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Prime Minister if she will place in the Library copies of the reports submitted to the European Council on 29 to 30 March by (a) the ad hoc committee for a people's Europe and (b) the ad hoc committee on institutional affairs.
§ The Prime MinisterBoth documents were placed in the Library of the House on 2 April, in connection with my statement to the House on the European Council.
