§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether forestry grant was withheld or reclaimed for those works which resulted in nine hectares of the Strathy Bogs national nature reserve, Sutherland, being ploughed and planted by Fountain Forestry without the consent of the Nature Conservancy Council.
