§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts (1) what matters have so far been discussed with the Arts Council concerning the setting up of the South Bank Board;
(2) who will be responsible for appointing members of the proposed South Bank Board should the Greater London council be abolished.
§ Mr. Waldegrave[pursuant to his reply, 30 October 1984, c. 926]: Discussions are proceeding with the Arts Council on administrative arrangements for the south bank and related matters.
