asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will publish in the Official Report details of the legislative and administrative measures which have been adopted by other member states of the European Economic Community for the implementation of milk quotas.

The following is a list of the main legal instruments which have been adopted in other member states in order to implement the milk supplementary levy system.

Belgium: Royal decree relating to the applications of the supplementary levy provided for in article 5c of Regulation (EEC) No. 804/68 during the period 2 April 1984 to 31 March 1985. (29 June 1984).
Denmark: Regulation governing the supplementary levy in milk and milk products (22 June 1984).
France: Decree No. 84/481 of 21 June 1984 concerning the granting of a premium to producers who abandon milk production definitively.
Decree No. 84/661 of 17 July 1984 relative to the reduction of cows milk production and to the terms of recovery of the supplementary levy attributable to purchasers and producers of cows' milk.
Germany: Order on guaranteed quantities of milk of 25 May 1984, amended 27 September 1984.
Order on granting of compensation for permanent cessation of milk production of 25 May 1984.
Luxembourg: Grand-ducal regulation of 3 October 1984 concerning the application, in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, of the supplementary levy on milk.
Netherlands: Decree on the super levy of 18 April 1984, amended 16 July 1984 and 20 September 1984.

In the Irish Republic administrative measures have been established to implement the levy which will be incorporated in legislation. In Greece and Italy, levy is not due to be collected until the end of the marketing year.

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will compare milk output with national quota totals for each EEC country for the months April to September.
