asked the Prime Minister what will be the estimated expenditure in 1984–85 on publicity for, and information about, Government services and activities, broken down by Departments and including the Central Office of Information.

In 1984–85 it is estimated that some £67 million will be spent by Departments through the Central Office of Information on publicity services. The breakdown of this figure is included in the Supply Estimates 1984–85.
