§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts (1) who will be responsible for appointing members of the proposed South Bank Board should the Greater London council be abolished;
(2) what matters have so far been discussed with the Arts Council concerning the setting up the South Bank Board.
